• 200g of Trop Juice fruit pulp (pineapple, passion fruit, lemon, etc.)
  • 4 eggs (white)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of baking


Grease the baking dish; mix the ingredients in a mixer finally putting the egg whites and baking powder. Bake for about 40 minutes (this may vary, depending on the oven). Once baked, make a syrup with 100g of Trop Juice fruit pulp and spread 2 tablespoons of sugar over the cake.
