Mousses

Ingredientes

  • 2 packs (100g) of Trop Juice fruit pulp (lemon, passion fruit, mango, etc.)
  • 1 condensed milk (395 ml)
  • 1 cream (200ml)
  • 1/2 packet of unflavored gelatin

Preparation

Dissolve the gelatin according to package directions and set aside. Mix in a blender for two minutes the two packages of Trop Juice fruit pulp, condensed milk and cream. Add the gelatin and mix for another eight minutes. Place in refrigerator.
