Frozen Yogurt


  • 1/2 liter of juice made with Trop Juice fruit pulp (Mango, Pineapple, Passion Fruit, etc.)
  • 1 envelope unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar or sweetener to taste


Add to the juice made with Trop Juice the gelatin powder already dissolved according to the instructions of the manufacturer. After that, add the yogurt, sugar or sweetener and mix by hand until the mixture is smooth. Put in a container, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for two hours. Remove, mix in the mixer for four minutes and leave in the freezer for another hour. After that, mix with a spoon and serve well chilled. Tip: Garnish with fruit and bark.
